Sandra’s “magic Italian garlic cure” recipe

[1]Garlic recipe: Boil whole heads of garlic for 8-10 minutes until fork tender. Slice in half. With half cloves facing down, fry in cast-iron pan with olive oil, salt and pepper til crisp, about 5 minutes. Serve on toasted French bread – garlic will spread like butter.
