Planned Giving
AANMA offers targeted information on Planned Giving for friends interested in making such a gift to the organization. Planned Giving is a means of making a charitable contribution with certain benefits - for instance, tax benefits and advantages in disposing of appreciated stock or donating through an estate. Each method of Planned Giving has a unique set of requirements, rules, and tax considerations.

Combined Federal Campaign, United Way, Corporate Campaigns
Help AANMA reduce asthma and allergy suffering and death through education, advocacy, community outreach, and research. AANMA participates in the Combined Federal Campaign, United Way, and private corporate campaigns. The workplace campaigns - also called employee fund drives - are charitable solicitations of people conducted at their place of work.

Donations through the Combined Federal Campaign may be made online at www.bestcfc.org or www.independentcharities.org. Look for AANMA under Children's Medical Charities.

Cash and check gifts are also accepted, but the majority of gifts are made in the form of payroll deduction pledges to be redeemed from future paychecks. Your pledge provides essential asthma and allergy information to patients and supports patient education resources. AANMA takes pride in representing the 50 million Americans who have allergies and asthma by addressing serious health, education, and environmental issues that impact children, parents, healthcare providers, and school-based groups.

Gifts-In-Kind
Gifts-In-Kind makes it easy for companies to make a difference. AANMA needs computers, software, office equipment, and office supplies to operate more efficiently, expand services, and reduce overhead expenses. Companies providing Gifts-In-Kind will receive tax advantages while helping AANMA reach the 50 million Americans with allergies and asthma.

Matching Gifts
Many corporations will match contributions from company employees, officers, retirees, and their spouses. In some instances, companies will match more than a dollar-to-dollar ratio. Does your company have a matching gifts program? If so, let us know because your donation may actually be worth twice as much to AANMA and the patients we serve each day.

Memorials and Dedications
Your memorial donation to AANMA is a way to touch the lives of others by recognizing a loved one. Achievements such as graduations, birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, retirements, and any special occasions are also appropriate.

When you make any gift to AANMA, we immediately send a letter to the designated individual or family you wish to honor. Your donation helps us provide essential allergy and asthma information to patients, their families, and healthcare providers across the country.
