Maine has a stock epinephrine law in place stating that “a school administrative unit or an approved private school may authorize adoption of a collaborative practice agreement for the purposes of stocking and administering epinephrine autoinjectors as provided under this section.” LD 1727 was signed by the Governor on April 6, 2014. The law took effect on April 7, 2014.
