Wisconsin has a stock epinephrine bill pending in its legislature:

SB375 and A502, the use of an epinephrine auto-injector on school premises or at a school-sponsored activity, were introduced in late 2013.

The current 2-year Wisconsin legislative session opened January 7, 2013 and closes January 5, 2015.
