Writers’ Guidelines

Allergy & Asthma Network Mothers of Asthmatics (AANMA) is the leading information resource for families with asthma, allergies, anaphylaxis and related conditions. Our award-winning publications truly are lifelines for families dealing with ongoing and sometimes life-threatening symptoms.

We provide independent, medically accurate information in an accessible, reader-friendly format. We strive for content that’s balanced, informative, lively, timely, concise and easy to read for families and patients.

We want to hear your stories! Share your insights and experiences with other readers. Our goal is to inspire and guide people with asthma and allergies so they can live healthier, more balanced lives.

Please limit your article to about 700 words. E-mail articles as a Word attachment to editor@aanma.org [1].

If possible, include JPG photos of people in the story. If we’re interested in publishing your article, we’ll contact you for any additional information needed.

AANMA is a nonprofit organization and accepts donated articles only. Articles are edited for style, length and content. AANMA does not accept advertorials or articles that promote specific products or treatments that haven’t been medically proven or that conflict with published treatment guidelines or practice parameters.
